If like me you had booked this Cruise thinking you were going to Israel. And now you are not. I was told by ABTA that i can have my money back. But Thomson s say i can not . I suggest if you are not happy with the Cruise then you phone ABTA yourself and speak to them. They told me if I send them the details in an E mail they would deal with it themselves. And get me a refund. Cos the change of venue counts as a (Major Change) ABTA s wards not mine. so i can receive my money back if i liked. I phoned Thomson again and told them this. Cos they would not do anything. I ask to be put through to a manager. This they did who was very RUDE and shouted down the phone that there not giving money back and that i HAD TO GO. Well my said lets go. So we did take the Cruise. But i wished i got my money back. It all about getting more money out of you this Cruise is. As soon as you get there trying to sell you a extra drinks package. (some drinks not even in package so pay twice) Photos before you get on-bored. Photos every time you get off. We had to Que to meet the captain guess what more photos. Queuing not good when wife aching feet .

The ship is 35 years old so is very dated. our toilet got blocked and started to overflow. Our room was next to late night bar sounded like music was being played in our room . So loud could not even hear the TV let alone sleep. If you want a hot shower or bath you have to turn the water on and just run it down the drain for ten minutes. If you having a shower the bath fills up with water so you are standing in water. The water drains from the sink into the bath. Oh and keep an eye on your bill they tried to put things on it witch i had not brought . They stopped my on-bored card payment twice from working. Also charge you extra to use a credit card. They harass you for your card or if you pay by money they harass you all the time for some money. But if you stay in a Hotel you pay on the last day before going home don't they? NOT ask you every day for a bit more money? I have traveled with Royal Caribbean and Costa Cruises I wish i got my money back and booked with Royal Caribbean . Thomson SO RUDE.
